One of his most memorable projects was the Electronic Signature Voter Project, which gave him a behind-the-scenes look at a fascinating part of the country’s democratic process.
That same dedication to people carries over into Rob’s life outside the office. He serves as a Pastor of a small church and works closely with groups like HeartReach Center, FrontLine Mission, and other local organizations to support his community. Living in Wasilla also means he can take full advantage of its small-town charm, great community, and the many walking and hiking trails just minutes away.

At the Anchorage branch, he enjoys the updated office space, catching up with colleagues at events, and the occasional shared lunch. Above all, he values the work-life balance and the genuine sense of community he’s found here.
Beyond his role, James is active in his church, volunteering with youth and young adult ministries.
